Those that know me will know that I am very specific about my chocolate tastes and although not a chocolate snob in thinking that the only good chocolates come from the Swiss, far from it. For me there are several local chocvies that are very good and by local I mean south African. There us in my opinion only one slab chocolate manufacturer call me biased but I would never look at a Beacon slab, until now that is. They have just launched a wafer slab which is truly define , well done. I will look for some more info and will post a picture of the range.
